Janu Sirsasana

Janu Sirsasana ( pronounced as jah-noo shur-shah-sah-nah ) position is the second step after Badhakonasana. Straighten your right leg forward and place your left foot on the right thigh. Gently reach your feet with both hands as bowed your head and pushed your back to the front. Maintain your shoulders, legs and head in one line. Relax your breath and count 1 to 8. Do the same thing on the left leg.

 Supine Spine Twist

Supine Spine Twist or known as Supta Matsyendrasana is to release suspense in the lower back, abdomen and legs. Lay your body in supine position, and then bent one knee, cross it outside of the other foot. Use your hand to place slight pressure on the bent knee to pull down towards the ground. Keep each of your shoulders square and frozen to the ground, and extend the other hand and stare towards the hand. Do this movement twice for left side and right side.
