6. Baby Food Diet
The idea of baby food diet is to interchange your breakfast and lunch with tiny jarred rations of pureed food and also eat a low-calorie diner. Well, it will look like you’re having a baby meal portion. For sure, baby will be just fine on tiny portion of meal, but it’s definitely not for you.

7. Cabbage Soup Diet

8. Master Cleanse Diet
Alyse Levine believes this fad diet would not for long-term. Further about fad diet which also called lemonade diet, she says “The likelihood is that you’ll gain all the weight back and more once you go back to eating solid food” The diet is consist of lemon juice, water, male syrup and cayenne paper claimed to give miraculous effect.
